The Ebola virus scare is real, everybody is afraid. Members of the
National Assembly are not exempted from the panic over the spread of
Ebola in the country, as many of them expressed their fears for the
dreaded virus by refusing handshakes with the minister of health,
Onyebuchi Chukwu when he appeared before them to give account of what
federal government is doing to checkmate the deadly Ebola in Nigeria.

Ebola: Catholic Church Stops Handshake, Announces New Service Procedure
The Catholic Archdiocese of Abuja on Sunday announced new procedures for
worshippers at Masses to check likely spread of the Ebola virus.
The procedures which include the administration of the Holy Communion on the palm of the faithful as against placing it on the tongue of the recipient, was announced by Rev. Fr. Moses Jimbili, at SS Peter and Paul Catholic Church, Nyanya.
Jimbili told parishioners at the church that the measure was a directive by the Catholic Archbishop of Abuja, His Eminence, John Cardinal Onaiyekan, as check on the spread of Ebola disease.
Other change in the church’s practice was the stoppage of hand shake by worshippers done during consecration of the Holy Communion as sign of peace.
NAN also reports that Onaiyekan’s directive is contained in a statement issued by the Director of Social Communications in the archdiocese, Rev. Fr. Patrick Alumunku.
“Due to the prevailing national situation on the Ebola Virus Disease (EVD), I am directing that the following pastoral guidelines should be observed throughout our Archdiocese till further notice.

AN Abuja Based Cleric Predicts Another Bomb Attack In Abuja, Plane Crash Involving Govs

Joshua Iginla, has prophesied that a lower rank officer of the Nigerian
Army will shoot Boko Haram leader, Abubakar Shekau, before arresting

According to our source, Iginla reminded members of his congregation of an earlier prophecy he gave about the Nigerian Air Force helicopter that crashed in the Southern part of Bama, Borno State, wherein he prophesied that there would be survivors three months ago.

9 Year Old Schoolboy Remarries 62 Year Old Woman
A 9-year-old school boy has tied the knot with his 62-year-old
bride in Ximhungwe, Mpumalanga, South Africa, to the amazement of all.
The 9-year-old Saneie Masilela due to ‘family culture’, has decided to remarry his bride, Helen Shabangu, who has already had five children.
Both families have confirmed their consent to the wedding, as the formal husband of the bride and two of her children, aged 28 and 38, have made it publicly known. They are happy that the couple are helping with the family ritual, which is meant to appease the ancestors of their family.
Revealing how they had all taken up the financial responsibilities of the said wedding, the formal husband says he is unperturbed about what anyone says.
The baby groom still has the hopes of remarrying a girl within his age range in future. However, he says that he loves his present bride as that was what made him to take the bold step of marrying Helen.
The bride, who expressed her happiness over the fact that the boy picked her, told the newsmen that the boy will continue to live a normal life, as other boys of his age, and will later get married to a younger bride, within his age limits. Helen added that they were both just fulfilling family traditions

Ibinabo Fiberesima – I Am Not An Ex-Convict
Ibinabo Fiberesima is defending herself against criticism of her tenure as AGN President.
she speaks on the next election of the Actors Guild of Nigeria, Emeka Ike, rumours that she is using the office for personal gains and shutting down reports that she is an ex-convict.
In 2006, Ibinabo was arrested for the murder of a medical doctor Giwa Suraj. She spent three months and three days in prison, but is still appealing the case.
On the election that led to her winning not being free and fair: “That’s false. The elections were held in Lagos and every state was properly represented, although they voted by proxy, they sent in their votes and it was collated here in Lagos by AGNEC in the presence of the press, so there was no form of malpractice in anyway.
”On if there are financial rewards to her position: “Here is the secret. These people who call themselves conference of Chairmen, they are first of all, one person. They make letter heads with AGN of their state and go to the government and companies to seek for fund. These are things my administration seeks to end, which is why I have become an enemy. I do not exclude Emeka Ike from my list. I contested against Emeka Rollas and Steve Iboh, but Emeka Ike kept parading himself as the president just to gain attention. They go from one place to another claiming to be president. They say I am an ex-convict and charged me to court before and after the election but I won both times.”

Nigerian lady found dead in her hostel room in South Africa...
Nigerian student Naizi Evah, (pictured above) a third year Computer Systems Engineering student of Vaal University of Technology, South Africa was found dead on Saturday May 2014 in her hostel room, this is according to her friends who are trying to get the media involved in the case.
One of her friends who reached out to me said prior to her death, Naizi had been in an abusive relationship with a Zimbabwean student, who also studies in same school with her, studying same course. The unidentified man was arrested by police in connection with Naizi’s death but was bailed two days after police said they couldn’t find any substantial evidence linking him to her death.

“Oscar is a liar, he shot my sister in a fit of rage’: Reeva’s sister says
Oscar Pistorius may be trying to convince the world that he shot his girlfriend in his home by mistake but Reeva’s family is not convinced. In fact they are so sure he shot and killed her in a fit of rage during an argument.
In an exclusive interview with UK Daily Mail today, Reeva’s sister Simone (pictured left) says they are in no doubt that Pistorius is a liar.
“He is trying to convince the court that they were really close and that he cared for her. It’s not true. He is a disgusting liar. At the start of the trial, my heart stopped as he walked past, ignoring us. I like to think his heart stopped too. He knew we were there but he almost lost his balance and fell over when he saw us.
‘Then he sat in the dock, smirking. He killed my sister and yet he still seems to be enjoying his celebrity status. During the adjournments he marched around as if he was still a star while my mother and I just wanted to hide away. I don’t understand how anyone could commit that act – kill someone – and behave like that.’
To find an outlet for their feelings, the Steenkamps plan to open a shelter in Reeva’s memory for women who are victims of domestic abuse. But before that, there are three more weeks of the trial to endure.

HEAR WHAT CHARLY BOY AS TO SAY ABOUT DEVIL....
I hear so much about Mr. Devil, that I start to wonder if he’s for real or just the figment of our imagination. Where is the devil? Where does he hide? What really does he do for a living? What makes him so cunning? Who are his agents in our country? Is he cooling off with us on the surface of this earth or is he really living it up in the heat of hell.
When people talk about voodoo, juju, charms, illuminati, or even selling of souls to the devil, I find it all so very amusing. Can someone sell his/her soul to the Devil for money? How does a person who has sold his/her soul look, any difference with the ones who have kept their soul? “I believe in Jesus as our Lord and Saviour”, I just don’t accept that in a popularity contest these days, even for the fact that the Devil is gaining an upper hand. If on every corner I can find a church, I would expect that so much goodness will follow us all the days of our lives. Yet, the Devil is on overdrive and overtime in Nigeria. I have gotten a revelation of the Devils hide out and guess what; he is living amongst us after all. Isn’t that how someone in Sokoto can cause the accident of someone in Owerri, by the way who is employed when bad people divert your blessings to somewhere else. Isn’t it the Devil? Well, some say that we are all a bunch of very fetish thinking kinda’ people, how true is that. We see what we see from where we stand. “I saw a picture of Charlyboy lying in a coffin and at another time with a huge python snake wrapped around his neck, can we call him the Devil or his agent?” The order day, I heard some intellectual pedestrians arguing and dissing Obama calling him the antichrist just for supporting gay rights and passing into law an identity code on all American citizens in order to access health care.

After months of staying in the hospital and remaining in doors at home, former Minister of Information, Madam Dora Akunyili finally summoned enough courage to show up in public. She has been sick for sometime now and I heard several doctors have not been able to find out what exactly is eating her up.

The man is rich, he flaunts he wealth anyhow and young girls with their big eyes can’t say ‘No’ whenever he is in the mood and invites any of the girls in the area for his randy show. But he ran out of luck recently as he was caught live in the act with a secondary school student doing it by his car on a bush part.
The rich man was given the beaten of his life as those who caught him couldn’t understand why he should take a girl as young as this into the bush for his greedy “enjoyment” when her mates were in school. Those who know the man say this is not the first time he would be doing such with young girls…
