President Jonathan has appointed immediate former chairman of the People’s Democratic Party, PDP, Bamanga Tukur as the Chairman of the Board of the Nigerian Railway Corporation.
His appointment was contained in a statement released by Special Assistant (Media) to the Secretary to the Government of the Federation, Sam Nwaobasi.
Alhaji Bamanga last week resigned as chairman of PDP. He was replaced with the former Governor of Bauchi State, Adamu Muazu.
