Pastor Biodun Is been Challenged By COZA Church Members to Defend Adultery Allegations

Concerned members of Common Wealth of Zion Assembly (COZA) have expressed their disappointment over their pastor’s refusal to address the allegations of a sexual affair between him and a former church member.
A member of the church who gave his name as Israel (surname withheld) said the pastor should stop beating about the bush but come out to tell his members the whole truth.



Their disappointment was particularly apparent because the ‘apostle’ neither accepted nor denied the alleged affair.

Fatoyinbo has been in the news for allegedly sleeping with one of his church members who gave her name as Ese Walter.

The wind blew and the chicken romp was exposed over the weekend when the lady in a tell-it-all article exposed her escapade with the man of God.

Ese in the controversial article entitled, “My affair with Pastor Biodun Fatoyinbo of COZA,” explained how she savoured the ‘John Thomas’ of the preacher for years before things fell apart between them.

However, the pastor has neither come out to refute or accept the allegation but claimed that when he asked God, God told him to keep quiet, a statement, which his teeming members have described as ‘immaterial.’
“Now read my lips, I know there are people here that are not part of our church, read my lips, we are going to speak but we are consulting to come out with a robust reply.

“Before then, I will not say anything, but I owe it to you as members that have made me proud and have made God proud,” he told his congregation during the Sunday Service.

I was going to be silent on this sad, pathetic but true (in many shades) allegation against Pastor B and his popular and trendy ministry.

My silence was borne out of respect for the kingdom of God and things that pertain to God.

But all this changed when I heard the horrific tales of people who had been through the mess of this blind man, and the fact that he had no moral motivation to deny or accept the allegation; all he showed on Sunday was a demented swagger and perverse talk.

My sole purpose in writing this piece is to open the eyes of the world and believers to the hypocrisy and nonsense behind the pulpit, and to plea that these wolves and blind men stop deflating the faith of people who Christ died for.

I am a Pastor, a full time minister at that, and I shall not sit back while the name of my God, the ministry, and the works of other shepherds is brought to disrepute by the activities, action and inaction of a few blind men behind the pulpit.

I am tired of the nonsense of religion crying out, “touch not my anointed”; does this mean we cannot rebuke ourselves when we err, this much Paul did to Peter when he erred in Galatians 2:11
“But when Peter was come to Antioch, I withstood him to the face, because he was to be blamed”.

7 Churches Are Attacked By Cultists in Anambra, Worshippers Shot, Priest’s Residence Burned

Oba-Ofemmili community in Awka-North Local Government Area of Anambra State witnessed hell Tuesday in the morning hours when suspected cultists attacked Christians in their places of worship.



The youthful cultists shot and inflicted machete wounds on 50 worshippers.

Even as they went on the rampage looting and burning churches in the area.

Amongst the burnt churches are Assemblies of God Church, Grace of God Church, Deeper Life Bible Church, Winners Church, Christ Holy Church, St. Paul’s Catholic Church and another Pentecostal church.

According to the victims, the assailants attacked with dangerous weapons, shooting sporadically and wounding several people.

At least seven churches were invaded. They destroyed and burnt everything they came across.

A two-year old baby was among the victims.

Pastor Biodun Fatoyinbo Used His Position To Make Ese Walters Succumb To His Unholy Desires

My attention was brought to the Ese Walter and Pastor Biodun of COZA story during the weekend, while I was skimming through my Twitter timeline looking for someone to “K”.

Somebody posted a tweet that said, “I’m going to church this Sunday, finally”, his tweet was quoted by another who added, “It better not be COZA darling”, and the third person said, “let dem part your legs like the red sea”.

That was it for me! My quest for “K”ing on twitter was over, I had to get to the bottom of the this juicy story.
Needless to say, I did. I got the story and the reactions to the story. I must say, I was very surprised about the reactions more than I was the story.

I’ll Respond To All The Allegations After Consultation, Says Pastor Biodun Of COZA

It was more of a disappointing Sunday service especially for those who had thronged the Commonwealth of Zion Assembly (COZA) in Abuja to listen to the senior pastor, Biodun Fatoyinbo, ‘confess his sins’ to members of his congregation.

 To genuine worshippers, it was another Sunday to fellowship in God’s presence irrespective of the cloud of uncertainty that had enveloped the church and its General Overseer since on Thursday.

Last week, two ladies, Ese Walters and Franca E, came out in successive revelations to accuse Pastor Biodun of infidelity and s*xual abuse. As expected, the news generated a lot of heated debates with many looking to Sunday, today, with the hope that the accused would deny or confirm the weighty allegations.

2-year-old Girl Defiled By Tanker Driver In Calabar

Police in Calabar, Cross River State have arrested a 41-year-old tanker driver identified as Bashiru, for allegedly defiling a two-year-old girl and infecting her with a s*xually transmitted disease.

Narrating the incident, the toddler’s mother Margaret said the incident happened when her two-year old daughter went into Bashiru’s apartment to play, adding that she did not stop her from going into Bashiru’s room because she considered him a neighbour who could not harm her daughter. “She calls him uncle,” she said.

The incident happened in Okom Ita, Akamkpa Local Government Area, Cross River State.

“We have been living together for some time and now, so when my daughter went into his room I did not stop her even when she later came out and complained that she was having pains in her private part. I thought it was ordinary pain until in the evening when I wanted to bath her and she began to cry when soap touched her private part,” Margaret said.

25-Yr-Old Girl Narrates How She Was Defiled By A Couple

A 36-year old man, Chigbo Ebo and his wife, Charity Ebo, 26, has been arrested and arraigned in court by the police for allegedly engaging their neighbour, Nneka Onwuatuegwu, in both oral and real s*x in their home in Lagos State.

The 25-year old Nneka alleged that she was sexually assaulted by the couple whom she alleged fondled her br**sts and inserted their fingers into her private part without her consent.

The victim admitted in the open court that the couple lured her to their house where they gave her alcohol to drink and started fondling and sucking her br**sts and private part and thereafter the man penetrated her.

NDDC Rice Mill Utilisation Prompts Rivers Partnership Option

The Niger Delta Development Commission, NDDC, is exploring the possibility of working with the Rivers State Ministry of Agriculture to encourage local production for processing at the NDDC Rice Mill, Elele-Alimini.

The NDDC Acting Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, Dr. Christy Atako, disclosed this while expressing her displeasure with the non-utilisation of the NDDC Rice Mill during an inspection of the facility.

Expressing her determination to ensure achievement of the purpose for which the NDDC rice mill was established, the Acting Managing Director said, “We are going to work with the Rivers State Ministry of Agriculture to see what can be done to put the rice mill to use.”

She noted that since farming is one of the major occupations of the Niger Delta people, farmers will be very excited to have a project like this available to them. She said, “Truly, we will do everything we can to make our farmers benefit from the NDDC rice mill by partnering with the Ministry of Agriculture to encourage massive cultivation of rice.”

According to the NDDC Director of Agriculture and Fisheries, Dr.GodpowerAmadi, the mill has a capacity to process 180 tonnes of rice daily, which is equal to 3,600 bags of 50 kilogramme each.

NDDC Warns Contractors on Project Standards

The Acting MD/CEO of NDDC Mrs Atako as Warn Contractors

The Niger Delta Development Commission, NDDC, has warned contractors handling its projects to follow specifications and deliver top quality jobs that meet the needs of beneficiary communities.

Acting Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of NDDC, Dr. Christy Atako, issued the warning while inspecting the Commission’s hostel project at the Federal University of Technology Owerri.

Noting that the main concern of NDDC is the delivery of projects that will make the people of the Niger Delta region happy, she said “We want to enforce strict adherence to standards and project specifications. We will not tolerate contractors doing shoddy jobs”.

The Acting Managing Director and CEO expressed dissatisfaction with some aspects of the finishing in the hostel and asked the contractor to rectify the defects within two weeks.

However, at the Mother and Child Hospital project site in Port Harcourt, she commended the contractor for working at a fast pace. The Acting Managing Director and CEO advised the contractor to make conscious efforts to equip the youths with skills they could use elsewhere after the completion of the project.

She also inspected the ongoing Izombe-Agwa-Obokofia Road project in Imo State. Responding to allegations that the Imo State Oil Producing Areas Development Commission had taken over the execution of some part of the project, the NDDC Acting Managing Director and CEO stressed that the Commission is happy to have partners.
She said “We are not competing with any organisation. We should be complementing one another. It does not matter whether it is NDDC or Imo State Oil Producing Areas Development Commission that is doing this project. What matters is developing the Niger Delta.”

Dead Man Comes Alive After Three Days In Mortuary, Tells His Story

 The story of retired soldier, Kayode Sotunde, is akin to biblical Jesus Christ who died and resurrected after three days.

But differently, the 49-year-old man was neither on a rescue mission like Messiah who paid the debt he did not owe nor was coerced to go through the Calvary tortures like Jesus did for the sake of humanity.
However, the story of this man who returned from the great beyond is worth celebrating.
April 11 this year, Sotunde embarked on a journey from Gboko, in Benue State to Kano, but unfortunately, the bus conveying the ex-soldier crashed on the way, claiming him and 17 others passengers on board.

However, Sotunde woke up three days after in the mortuary, where his body and others were deposited for their families to claim for burial.
According to the ‘old soldier’ who refuses to die, his corpse was taken out of the mortuary and was being prepared for burial when he suddenly came back to life.
He narrated his experience to Sunday Sun in Abeokuta, Ogun State.

On that fateful day, that was April 11, 2013, I was travelling from Gboko to Kano to see my younger brother, Jide Sotunde, a soldier serving in Kano. We had agreed on the journey which we had thought would afford us to discuss important issues, including the possibilities of getting another job that would not be too far from where I had my wife.
I retired from the Nigerian Army, (Supply and Transport), Apapa Lagos where I served for 30 years, during which I also participated in many peace keeping force assignments outside Nigeria.
