Timaya went ahead to show a photo of his bashed Bentley on his Instagram and wrote “Had an accident yesterday but I thank GOD nobody got hurt… blessssssss.“

New reports emerging say that Timaya was actually lying about the accident, and he was never in the car to begin with.

According to Olisa TV, a source claims Timaya’s brother was the person driving the Bentley.

The source further stated that Timaya’s brother was over speeding and hit a parked Toyota SUV; luckily he was unhurt but he had to be taken to hospital.

Both cars were towed to the nearest police station.

The Nigerian President got married to his late wife, Safinatu Muhammadu Buhari in the year 1971 at age 18, she was born on the 11^th December 1952, of Fulani descendant and related to the late Shehu Usman Danfodio.



She originated from Mani Local Government in Katsina State, schooled at the Tudun Wada primary school in Kaduna between 1959 and 1960. The marriage produced five children, namely, Zulaiha (Late), Fatima, Musa, Hadiza and Safinatu Buhari. In 1998 Hajiya Safinatu was diagnosed of diabetes and after living with it for eight years she succumbed to the ailment and give up the ghost on the 14^th of January 2006.

ANNA Duskiova, 25, killed her three newborn babies because she was worried her boyfriend might leave her. The woman, from a village in the Czech Republic, is on trial accused of murdering her youngsters, two boys and a girl, shortly after they were born.   The court heard that the children were born healthy but Duskiova killed them and hid their bodies in the house she shared with her boyfriend, Daniel Masaryk, 47.



Dusikova confessed to the murders and claimed she was concerned her boyfriend, who didn’t want children, would leave her if he found out. She said at the court: “I was afraid of losing my boyfriend. I told him I had some health troubles and that I could not have children.”  The woman disguised her growing belly by telling Masaryk that water bloating was a side effect of her health complication.  As a result, Masaryk allegedly never noticed or suspected that she was pregnant.

Dusikova’s first baby was born in 2013 and after giving birth to the little girl in a toilet, she strangled her to death with a shoelace.  She then put the dead baby in a rucksack and hid her in the attic of the house where she lived with Masaryk. Unbelievably, a year later, she gave birth to her second baby, a little boy, and shockingly murdered him in the same way.  Dusikova had her third baby, another boy, in 2015 but instead of killing him straight away; she hid him inside a bag of dog food.
She told the court that after the third birth she fainted because she had lost so much blood and when she woke, her son was dead. After hiding the third baby in the attic with the other bodies, Dusikova needed medical help for her blood loss.  When she reached the hospital, doctors recognised she had given birth and raised the alarm when she couldn’t explain where her baby was.  Dusikova said: I cannot explain why I did this.”

Sen. Babajide Omowurare (APC-Osun), whose name was initially in the list of Senator who passed a vote of confidence on Saraki’s leadership, shocked his colleagues, when he asked that his name be removed from the list of signatories, citing that he was not a party to the vote of confidence.

Sen. Kabir Marafa (APC-Zamfara) relying on Order 53(5) and 53(8), insisted that the Senate should not have mentioned the Saraki vs. CCT matter, pending in court. He was ruled out of order when he moved a motion to counter the earlier motion. Irked by the development, Marafa and Omowurare walked out of the Red Chamber.

Police Did Not Rescue Me, My Family Paid Ransom For My Release – Olu Falae

Former Secretary to the Government of the Federation, Chief Olu Falae, on Monday denied the claim by the Nigeria Police that its men rescued him (Falae) from the hand of kidnappers on Thursday.



The Inspector-General of Police, Solomon Arase, had earlier claimed that no ransom was paid before Falae’s freedom.

However, although the elder statesman, who was kidnapped by some suspected Fulani herdsmen on Monday, September 21 and released on Thursday September 24, 2015, did not disclose the amount paid, he added that it was when the money was completed that he was freed.

He stated this when a former Chief of Defence Staff, Lt.-Gen. Alani Akinrinade (retd.), paid him a visit at his Oba Ile, Akure, residence on Monday.

Falae, a former Minister of Finance, said, “There were six of them with three or four guns and every half an hour or so they will say, ‘Baba we are going to kill you, if you don’t give us money, we are going to kill you.

“On Wednesday, one of them came and said, ‘Look, we are going to leave here on Thursday morning. Since we cannot leave you here alone, if we don’t get what we want, we are going to kill you’.

“And they said they gave me until 3pm and if at 3pm, they didn’t get the money, they would execute me. I thank God that at 21 minutes before 3pm, one of them came and said, ‘The money don complete’.”

A Nigerian woman, Akudihor Jeniffer, who went on holiday in the United States of America, has been arrested for shoplifting.

 

Akudihor, who was in the US with her three children, was arrested after a CCTV footage showed her stealing 66 different items in a shop. The footage showed her stealing clothes and accessories which she stuffed under the stroller and was pushing through the entrance of the shop.

Akudihor has been charged with felony theft, her passport seized and $2,500 has been set for her bail. The spokesperson for the Overland Park Police Department, Sgt Gary Mason said: “The officer in the report said that she was very apologetic and remorseful, and that does go a long way, and he put that in the report, so I think it does help in this situation. Everybody has a story. There’s always a lot of reasons why people do this, and it’s not for us to decide. It’s up to the courts and the judge to look at her case.”

Mason further noted that the reason behind the theft was however unknown as they could not tell if she stole the items because she had no money or not. “This certainly isn’t the way to go about it. Now she’s going to have some legal problems that she’s going to have to deal with,” Mason stated.

Buhari Is A Liar, Shekau Says

Leader of Islamist sect group Boko Haram, Abubakar Shekau has dismissed the Army’s claim of massive gains in the fight to annihilate the terror group in Nigeria’s Northeast. He also mocked President Muhammadu Buhari calling him a liar.



In a 25-minute recording in Hausa and Arabic released via social media, Shekau said: “They (the military) lied that they have confiscated our arms, that we have been chased out of our territories, that we are in disarray.

“We are alive, I am alive, this is my voice, more audible than it was before. This is Shekau.”

Speaking further, the Boko Haram leader said: “Buhari is a liar and has deceived you. The army spokesman is also lying. He and his footsoldiers always run helter-skelter whenever we come face to face with them….

“Buhari, you once claimed that you will crush us in three months. How can you crush us?”

Although there was no indication of where or when the recording was done, reports suggest it must have have been in recent days.

D’banj stripped Of Valuables By Area Boys, Forces Him To The ATM

According to the singer, he showed up for a video shoot in a Toyota RAV 4 with registration number KJA6158BE.

Eyewitness revealed that as soon as the area boys laid their eyes on him, they demanded he settle them with cash but before he could speak a word, they bursted his tyres!

With over 50 area boys crowding him, D’banj was forced to an ATM where he withdrew an undisclosed sum to settle them.

However, the area boys refused to disperse and stripped him of his wristwatch and other jewellery including his shoes.

They only left him alone after policemen came to his rescue.

Three Sisters Give Birth On The Same Day At The Same Hospital

In an unlikely coincidence, three Irish sisters gave birth on the same day at the same hospital. And what’s more remarkable is that their fourth sister was expected to give birth sometime soon after her 3 sisters! Mairead Fitzpatrick and her sisters Joeline Godfrey and Bernie Ward all gave birth at Mayo General Hospital in Castlebar on Tuesday.




While the siblings were given close due dates, they never expected their babies to share the same birthday.

“We never thought it would all happen on the one day,” says Fitzpatrick, who gave birth to her son first at 3:25 a.m. The new mom named him Thomás Óg.

At 11 a.m, Joeline welcomed her daughter, Sorcha, via C-section, and finally around 8:30 p.m., Bernie gave birth to her son Phelim.

“The two girls that delivered my little boy delivered Bernie’s boy as well,” Fitzpatrick said. “So two women delivered two cousins in 24 hours.”

The hospital staff was just as surprised by the remarkable coincidence as the sisters were.

“We’re all talking about it… the fact that we have four sisters in and it’s never happened, as far as we know anyway, going back some time,” said maternity manager Mary Salmon.

Christina Murray, the fourth sister, is now waiting for her little one to arrive. Her due date was on August 30.

“It was just so funny the way it happened really,” Fitzpatrick said. “It was my first, Joeline’s second and Bernie’s third and it’ll be Christina’s fourth.

Davido Travels To Osun To Inspect His Dad’s University, Calls Him A Great Man

The award winning singer paid a visit to the uncompleted university his father is building in Ede, Osun state.

The name of the university is Adeleke University and it is still under construction.

Davido and his brother Adewale Adeleke(who is the Chairman of the HKN record label) visited the university and noticed the progress going on in the site.

Jim Iyke And Lithuanian Girlfriend Welcome Baby Boy

Jim Iyke did a great job hiding his relationship from Nigerian media…who knew he was dating a white woman and had a baby with her? According to The African Eye magazine, who sent the photos to LIB, Jim and his 23 year old Lithuanian girlfriend Dana Kinduryte welcomed a baby boy on September 1st at Grady Hospital, Atlanta. The child has since been named Harvis Chidubem Iyke.

 

According to African Eye, Jim met Dana, a law graduate in London over a year ago but she didn’t even know he was a famous actor until three months after they started dating.

Five months after the couple found out they were expecting a child, Jim moved Dana into his apartment in Atlanta where he cared for her. Jim was said to be present and assisted in the delivery of his first child.

“My son. After trying a few relationships in the industry at home, I didn’t want the circus and misconceptions that came from close scrutiny so I spared no expense and resources to protect this relationship and my baby. 65-Year-Old Landlord Defiles 7-Year-Old-Girl For Rituals – Victim’s Mother Alleges

In another case that has highlighted the increasing child sexual abuses in Nigeria, a 65-year-old landlord, in Akowonjo area of Lagos, Mr. Ganiyu Sani, has allegedly defiled a seven-year-old girl, Blessing. But this time, the parents of the victim believe he did it for ritual purposes.



The civil servant mother of the victim told our correspondent that on Monday, August 17, 2015, when she got back from work and was having dinner with her children, Blessings started to touch her crotch and complain of pain.

“I felt the part she was touching and asked what was wrong with her. I thought she was referring to her lower abdomen and believed it must be stomach ache. But she insisted that it was her private part.

“I asked if she fell down and hurt herself but she simply shook her head. I asked if someone hit her there while she was playing with other children in the neighbourhood, she said no. I started suspecting there was something bigger than what she was telling me.

“I pleaded with her to tell me what happened. That was when she told me about what Baba did. I could not contain my anger. I was shocked, angry and sad at the same time that such an old man could do such a thing to my daughter. My daughter had no reason to lie.”

Blessing’s father, a trader from Ebonyi State, works in the Eastern part of the country while his wife and the children live in Lagos because of his wife’s work.

He was in the East when he received a call from his wife about what had happened to their daughter. He told his wife to take a neighbour along to go and confront Baba, who denied everything immediately.

Baba Sani, a landlord who lives on renting out Danfo buses to commercial bus drivers, lives just two houses away from Blessing’s parents.

Governor Fayose Tells Late Coming Civil Servants To Kneel Down

In an unannounced move on Monday morning, Governor Ayodele Fayose of Ekiti State paid a visit to the state secretariat in Ado-Ekiti, the state capital.
