Ms Perez, who was
three months pregnant, reportedly fell unconscious after waking up in
the night to use the outside toilet at her home in La Entrada, western
Honduras.
It was believed she may have collapsed in an apparent panic attack after hearing a burst of gunfire.
But when the teenager started foaming at
the mouth her religious parents called the local priest believing she
had become possessed by an evil spirit. Relatives told how the priest
tried to exorcise her, but she later became lifeless and was rushed to
hospital, where three hours later doctors declared her dead.
Ms Perez was buried in the wedding dress she had recently used to get married.
A day after her funeral, her husband
Rudy Gonzales was visiting her grave at the La Entrada General Cemetery
when he heard banging and muffled screams from inside the concrete tomb
and raised the alarm.
The footage shows desperate family
members breaking through the concrete block tomb with a sledgehammer,
before bringing out and opening up Ms Perez’s coffin to try to revive
her.

She is beautiful in her own way and proud of who she is. Ladies, make
yourself a responsible woman and the right man for you will love you,
even beyond your wildest imagination. We wish her luck!
Ex-Billionaire Goddy Anabor Goes Broke, Describes His Tragic Fall
Ex Nigerian Billionaire Goddy Anabor Turn Taxi Driver,Explains His Tragic Fall & What Led To it
How he made atleast three people billionaires and have showed him no gratitude, above all how he sees himself now and how he has come to reality with his present situation. It’s a must read for every young person who wants to know how to manage his finances, people around him and ofcourse LIFE. The full interview below.
What happened to Chief Goddy Anabor, how did you find yourself here?
You know God said, when you help, they will help you. I made a lot of money from working with breweries, and different companies before I travelled abroad. I relocated to make money through one Mr. Ben at Top Breweries owned by Chief Lawson know a lot people in country, I’m Nigerian.
I knew one Sogunro who we used to call Agbemo; whenever he travelled to London, I always went him. I knew all his children who were half-castes. That was how I brought Fatai Sogunro who is also known as Chris Sogunro; he was a carpenter and bricklayer in London. I made him. I taught him what I was doing, and he is a big man today; he even used to borrow money from me.
In fact, in Lagos Sheraton Hotel, I spent 86million Naira in hosting people from London for one year and three months. I have the receipts, and you can go and ask them there. Today, things are very rough for me and my family; in fact, I don’t even know what to say anymore. I see my name in all the newspapers, and I don’t know why.
I trained people like Chris Sogunro, Tokunbo Sodunke, Dare Babayemi, Wale Awesu, and many of them like that. I made them what they are, and today, they are Billionaires.
I’m surprised that they see me in this condition; some of them say I’m pushing drugs, but they can’t help me out. I don’t why they are such ingrates. It is only one man called Mike Biggy who lives somewhere in Akowonjo that has helped me. He rented a house for me and really takes care of me.
I wonder why this people decided to treat me this way considering the amount of money I spent on them. There was a time I had N3bn in Equity Bank at Allen Avenue, Ikeja, which I spent on people. Anyway, I thank God for my life. I started colour printing in Nigeria, and I was printing for Thisday Newspaper, Punch, and many others. I also registered a security company which was approved and I had a license. They gave three of us the license. We had Vanni, Gordon and another one. I was even guarding the airport.
You were quite big then; didn’t you invest your money wisely then?
I invested a lot of my money, but because of corruption, mismanagement of the people handling the businesses ran them down. When you have a business, it’s very good to employ people who are reliable and give them some percentage of the investment or profits to get their commitments. That lesson I learnt greatly. I was putting my wife and my family, they ran the business down. My wife, Anthonia was even sharing money with people on purchases and supplies.

“I’ve Been So Busy Working I Haven’t Had s*x For Some Time” – Actress
Lawal revealed how “she [hasn’t] had sex in a while” especially as she’s been busy working on movies.
She also explained how she isn’t in any romantic affair at the moment owing to being at events in addition to her packed acting schedule.
“I am not dating anybody but I would start dating soon.
“I work too hard to think of s*x. I am always on set and even during my free time, I always have an event to attend. I honestly don’t even have the time to think that I am single. The only time I remember that I am single is when my father asks me about my private life and family members ask me when the wedding bells would ring. I have so many people who look after me and I am forever grateful especially my fans,” she said.
Lawal also expressed delight in comments from fans describing her as sexy. She finds it interesting these comments, as she doesn’t see herself as one who fits into the ‘pretty’ bracket.
Speaking to SB she said; “In all honesty, I don’t think I am sexy. I make sure I am myself at all times and I don’t know why people think I’m sexy. I don’t think I am pretty and I’m not tall, I’m just myself.”
The actress also talked about her late mother – A nurse who passed some two years ago following heart related issues.
“I was with her on her last day, but was not there when she died. My mother was a nurse and I loved spending time with her at the hospital because it made me appreciate life,” she explained.
In an earleier interview with Punch, sometime in May, 2015, Lawal explained intentions of “pushing her career beyond projecting her sexiness.”
Famed for her appealing b*ttocks, she attributed that part of her to ‘squats’, an exercise routine she says she could do a thousand of at the gym when she feels the urge to.

7 Secrets Of A Great Listener
1. The key to good listening is empathy. It is the heart and soul of communication
There are other steps to guide us into becoming an affective listener:
2. Reflective Listening
Be natural with responses: (must be well-timed).
Summarize – “You were in an awkward situation. Sounds like he didn’t pay attention to your opinion.”
Paraphrase – “What you’re saying is he refused to take you to the dance?”
Restate – “You didn’t make the football squad? No wonder you’re disappointed. I don’t blame you.”
Replay – “You made the gymnastic team? How thrilling.”
Show you understand, “You’re saying your sister ignores you?”
3. Avoid distractions
Don’t look away, fidget, or watch TV.
Concentrate on the person speaking not on what you want to say.
Be attentive during your conversation, stay focused.
4. Body Language
How you stand, sit, move your arms and hands, establish eye contact are all important listening skills.
I was walking down the corridor in a hospital when I ran into my doctor walking briskly toward me. He stopped, smiled, and greeted me. Knowing he probably had a patient in 5 minutes I tried to make our conversation short. He folded his arms and casually leaned against the wall, facing me directly. He made eye contact and listened as if he had all the time in the world. It was evident he was interested in what I had to say. The conversation ended and he picked up his pace again and hurried toward his office.
5. Don’t interrupt
Be patient, wait until the person finishes before interjecting your comments.
Don’t change the subject.
Unless indicated, refrain from stating a solution.
Be cautious not to answer your phone or turn your attention to someone else.
6. Interject encouraging statements
“I can see you’re happy about your new puppy.”
During conversation occasionally say, “Hmm or uh huh,”
“You made the team? I’m thrilled.”
“OK, go on.”
“Oh?”
Nod your head from time to time
Simply state, “Tell me more.”
Use positive statements, “Thank you for sharing”
“I like what you’re telling me.”
“I agree, your decision to stay home from the movie was wise.”
7. Respond with emotion
Laugh with him or her
Smile in response to happy information
Return fearful reaction when fitting
Show positive facial expressions during cheerful statements.
Demonstrate enthusiasm
Express sadness when appropriate
Filipino Family Freaks Out After Finding Snake With Legs
A family is showing off a snake with legs, which was found inside their
home. The family in Mallig, Isabela, the Philippines, were baffled
after finding the weird snake with legs
Norberto Gambol was doing his usual cleaning in his house when he spotted the snake on the floor.
The snake tried to hide in a box, but was captured.
When the family examined the reptile, they were surprised to see that it has legs like those of a lizard. After killing the snake, the family placed it in a bottle and showed it to experts.
A forestry scientist explained that there is a big possibility that the presence of feet on the snake is due to a genetic mutation. The Gambol family decided to have the unusual snake preserved.

‘Why I Hate Okocha’ – Super Eagles Boss, Sunday Oliseh Explains
Super Eagles coach Sunday Oliseh has finally laid to rest rumours that
he does not see eye-to-eye with his former assistant in the Eagles,
Austin Jay-Jay Okocha when he said; ‘’yes, I hate Jay-Jay’’.
A reporter had asked him to clear the air on rumours that he does not see or stay in the same room with the former playmaker of the Super Eagles. The hall was like a graveyard when he made the pronouncement. He looked round and explained further. “I hate Okocha because anytime we play Tennis, he beats me.
We played at the weekend at Sheraton Hotel and he defeated me’’. He made light of the rumour that started after he was appointed coach of the senior national team. Many still believe that Okocha stabbed Oliseh in the back when he accepted the captaincy of the Eagles to the 2002 World Cup.
‘’We’re the best of friends and we played Tennis at the weekend’’, he emphasised. Okocha is currently the Chairman of Delta State Football Association and Chairman of NFF’s Study Group.
Speaking on the Eagles, Oliseh said that he was going to make the Eagles to play team football combined with individual talents. ‘’If you remember our victories in 1994 and 1996, it was based on individual talents. But we do not have such individual talents again. What we need to do is to play collectively. That is what obtains in Germany and Spain. It’s a lot of hardwork. We’re here to do our best’’, he added.

Why Am Still Single At 45, Nollywood Actress, Ayo Adesanya Explains
Nollywood actress, Ayo Adesanya revealed in a chat with Saturday Beats the reason why she’s still single at 45.
According to Ayo, she said she’s yet to find the right man even though she’s not searching.
The actress also said men who wants her are just after her body.
In her words:
“I cannot say I am not open to love because I have not seen it all and I believe that the best is yet to come. When it comes to love, if I get struck by cupid, I would follow what my heart desires. I can fall in love but I am not searching. I get a lot of advances from men and it is even worse now with social media as people can easily reach you. All they need to do is to call you on Facebook. I will not lie, it is very crazy.
“A lot of people do not have genuine intentions. As a person, sometimes the pressure is so much that it would make you wonder what the clamour is all about.
I believe that when something is good and nice, people would want to be a part of it. I may look sweet and sexy but I am ‘old school’ when it comes to dating. I look before I leap. I know where I am coming from and I have learnt a lot. I know my onions and when men approach me for a date, I know how I handle them; I have a defence mechanism for them,”

OMG!!! 16-Year-Old Girl Caught Having Sex With 52 Men In A Bush At Awka
16-year-old Ifechukwu Atunanya, has been arrested while having sex with
over 52 young men inside a bush in what looked like an initiation
ceremony. She claims she was forced to sleep with every male member of
the cult during her initiation. Ifechukwu was among 75 suspected cult
members who were rounded up by Anambra State Police command. All the
suspects were alleged to be members of the Supreme Vikings Confraternity
and were all arrested in a bush in Awka during the initiation of new
members.
Recovered from them were guns, matchet and several wraps of Indian hemp. According to the state Commissioner of Police, Hosea Karma, the police acted on an intelligence report that the cult members and their new entrants were in a bush performing some rituals. Part of their ritual, he explained, includes sleeping with prospective female members. He said they do that in order to secure their oath of secrecy. It was during the raid that 16-year-old Ifechukwu was arrested. At the police station, Ifechukwu, a secondary school dropout and member, claimed that she had to travel to Anambra from Abuja just to witness the initiation of new members.
“I joined them three months ago and during my initiation, I was forced to have s*x with every registered member of the cult present that night. I was given a sedative so as not to feel what they were doing. It was not easy, but I bore the pain,” she said. Her parents, who are from Anambra State, are still alive. However, Ifechukwu said that they were not aware of her secret cult activities.
“I got to know about the cult activity through a friend. She assured me that all the connection that I needed in this life will be made if I joined the group.
I am from a poor family and I wanted to be the light that will change the situation in my family. “She never told me that I will be defiled till the day of initiation. The day we were initiated, I was the only girl in their midst. Although, I have not started reaping the gains, I was determined to be a successful member. I was further convinced to stay because I discovered that they are more honourable than the others. I am sorry and would love to be given the opportunity to go back to school. I never knew that it is crime to be a member.
I am sorry,” Ifechukwu pleaded. Another member, Ugochukwu Agbazuo, who also spoke with Saturday Sun, said that they are all undergraduates of various institutions in Anambra. “Apart from some of our national leaders, we are all students. I was initiated into the cult while I was still in my first year. I had no choice but to join them because of the harassment in school. I discovered that most of the Engineering students in my school were members of different cult groups. “Again, if you identify with a known cult in school, the lecturers will respect you. You don’t have to buy handouts or offer bribe to get credit in a course. This was why I joined them,” he said. Ugochukwu insisted that they did not steal or harass innocent people.

You don’t have to buy handouts or offer bribe to get credit in a course. This was why I joined them,” he said. Ugochukwu insisted that they did not steal or harass innocent people.

Nigerian Dad Sends His US-born Teen Sons To Nigeria For A Year To Learn Gratitude
Their dad is Nigerian, who relocated to the US and married a white American.
When his sons turned 14, he decided to send them to Nigeria (where they’ve never been) to experience the culture and learn gratitude. Quite interesting. Read below..meanwhile, can more parents in the US do this?
Nwankwo was born and raised in Nigeria. He was one of 13 children. The family was well off. Then, the Nigerian Civil War broke out and they were running for safety and scrambling for food, and his father was killed.
He eventually made it to the U.S. and built a business. People around Cincinnati probably know Nwankwo’s work – his construction company is the go-to contractor that has worked on sites including Fountain Square, the Freedom Center and Washington Park.

A dad wanting his twin teen sons, accustomed to the comforts of the country club, to learn some gratitude took an unusual step. He sent the 14-year-olds to spend the seventh grade in Nigeria.
The boys, Noble and Evan Nwankwo, spent seventh grade at Mea Mater Elizabeth High School in Enugu, southern Nigeria. There, the day starts with 5 a.m. exercise and prayer, and continues with a 12-subject course load. There’s no help from mom on homework or washing clothes, either.“Adversity is important in somebody’s development in life, as far as I’m concerned, because there comes a time when the storm is going to hit you, and if you never had that to fall back on you’re just going to fall apart,” Evans Nwankwo, the father, said. “I strongly believe that because it’s been important in my own development.”

OMG! You Need To See What Was Found In An Edo Bishop’s House
Two strange objects have been found at the entrance and exit door of the residence of a bishop in Edo.
Bishop, Ezekiel Orhevba woke up on Tuesday last week to hear sounds of people calling his attention to some strange objects outside his house. Bishop Ezekiel however made it known that it is an alleged plot to kidnap and kill him over his petition to President Muhammadu Buhari on the state of the psychiatric hospital in Benin City. He said:
“I came from Abuja late last night and this morning, it was people from outside who alerted me that something strange was there, which I will call juju, when the police come, they will give it a better name. “I have an issue with some people in the Federal Psychiatric Hospital, I think they should know something about this. I have a petition against six people there so there are proofs, these are exhibits against them. They think they can stop me from going to the police and maybe opt out of the case so that they can walk away as free men, but I am not deterred and victory is sure.”
Just recently, a congregation got a big surprise when their priest, Rev. Juan Andres Quevedo-Bosch, 59, came out as gay just before divorcing his wife and marrying a younger man.

Army To Punish Soldiers Photographed While Torturing Suspected Robber
The Nigerian Army has apprehended some soldiers who were photographed
torturing a suspected armed robber at Mararaba, a suburb in Nasarawa
State, near Abuja.
The Acting Director, Army Public Relations, Col. Sani Usman, in a statement on Monday, vowed that the Army would ensure that the soldiers involved were punished.
He said the photograph of a soldier flogging a robbery suspect, who was stripped bare and lying in a dirty drainage, which appeared on the front page of a major national newspaper and other social media platforms, had done incalculable damage to the image of the service.
Usman said the action of the soldiers contradicted the ethics of the military tradition and professionalism in the service.
The statement reads in part: “The attention of The Nigerian Army has been drawn to a front page photograph of some soldiers maltreating a suspected robber at Mararraba, Nasarawa State, on the front page of today’s edition of Daily Trust newspaper.
“Sadly, it is also trending on the Social Media. There is no doubt the photograph has done incalculable damage to the image of the service. The act was unfortunate and at variance with military ethics and professionalism.
“The Nigerian Army wishes to inform the public that the perpetrators of the offence have been identified, summoned and would face disciplinary action”.
Usman said the Army had also reached out to the management of the newspaper over what he termed its “poor and worrisome editorial judgment”, as represented by the front page cover given to the photograph.
“Alerting appropriate Nigerian Army authorities would have been a better option that will be met with prompt response”, he said.
“We wish to assure the public that the Nigerian Army would continue to protect and respect human rights and that this regrettable incidence should not be used as a yardstick to judge the entire Army”, Usman added.
