Former member of ‘Plantashun Boiz’, Ahmedu Augustine, aka Blackface,
made headlines recently when he threatened to drag his former group
member and friend, Innocent Idibia aka Tuface to court for allegedly
stealing his song. Blackface has alleged Tuface’s ‘Let Somebody Love
You’, one of the songs on his ‘Ascension’ album, was originally his song
but Tuface stole it. Before you decide whose side you want to be, INFORMATION NIGERIA has put together everything you must know about the matter…
– Blackface, who once laid claim to Tuface’s African Queen took to
his Twitter page on Monday to accuse Tuface of stealing his song, while
also threatening to drag Tuface to court.
– Blackface in the tweets accused Tuface of killing the Plantashun
Boiz brand and also tried killing his crew Trybunal by trying to sign
RockSteady.
– Blackface in the series of tweets vehemently stated that he made Tuface and now Tuface is trying to destroy him.
– The song in question, ‘Let Somebody Love You’, was released by
Tuface with Bridget Kelly, an American singer and songwriter from New
York City, as part of his Ascension album in 2014.
– Speaking in an interview with Channels Television on January 28th,
Tuface reacted to the allegations saying: ‘It’s unfortunate; I don’t
know where it’s coming from; I’m trying to think of different reasons,”
he said. “I thought his account was hacked but apparently, it wasn’t
hacked.’
Plantashun Boiz was a Nigerian hiphop and RnB music group, with 2face Idibia, Faze and Blackface as members.

Ex-Minister’s Son In Trouble With Customs For Luxury Vehicle Duty Underpayment
Abdullahi Bala, son of the immediate past Minister of the Federal
Capital Territory, Senator Bala Mohammed, has landed in trouble with the
Nigerian Customs Service after operatives of the Federal Operations
Unit, Zone A, Ikeja, Lagos, of the NCS arrested him on Friday for
alleged import duty underpayment on his exotic vehicle, a McClaren 650s
coupe.
A top Customs source, who confirmed Abdullahi as the former FCT Minister’s son, said investigations are ongoing to unravel whether there were other vehicles in his custody that either underpaid or evaded duty payment.
Confirming the development, the FOU, Zone A, Uche Ejesieme, said the
vehicle’s duty ought to be N124 million but upon investigations, it was
discovered that a paltry sum of just over N300,000 was paid for the
exotic ride, thus shortchanging the Nigerian government of about
N123,700,000.
“The man claims to be former minister’s son. He was arrested on Friday. But has been released on bail since it’s a bailable offence. The investigation is ongoing at least to know how he was able to get away with paying just over N300,000. Our Officer in Charge of the Legal department says the duty should be about N124 million”, Mr. Ejesieme stated.
Findings also show the vehicle costs about $280,000 (N83.4 million at current exchange rate of N298/dollar) in the US.
The MaClaren 650S Coupé starts at USD $265,500 and USD $280,225 for the 650S Spider in the US, while in Canada, pricing is CAD $287,000 and CAD $305,500 respectively.

SHOCKING: Man Kills Own 2-Month-Old Son Because He Won’t Stop Crying
31 year old Danielle Whyte had given birth to her baby boy just seven
weeks before he was allegedly murdered at the hands of the most
unsuspecting suspect – his own father.
51-year-old Jose Feliciano was allegedly jealous of baby Mason for commanding the attention of Whyte. On Dec. 10, police say Feliciano grew angry after hearing Mason crying and yelled at him in his room to stop crying but the infant kept crying, shortly after, Whtye heard ‘several loud bangs.’
While Whyte explains she tried to revive her son once she realized what happened, it was too late. She says Feliciano allegedly threatened to kill her if she called police, so she decided not to.
Officials didn’t know about Mason’s tragic death until week later when Whyte attempted to harm herself and was sent to a New York hospital.
It was in the psychiatric ward where she confessed that Feliciano had taken the life of her baby boy and the location of where his body was buried. Police eventually found little Mason under a pile of dirt with a rose on top.
Now, even though she might not have physically killed her son, she’s charged with manslaughter and criminally negligent homicide charges, according to New York Daily News. She plead not guilty.
Officials say Whyte knew what she was doing when she left Mason in the ‘danger’ of her boyfriend’s care and did nothing to help him survive.
A CCTV showed him walking out of their apartment with a gym bag the night baby Mason was killed. Apparently, the infant was in that bag, he buried him in the same bag and acted like nothing happened.
Feliciano has plead not guilty to second-degree murder charges and, if convicted, faces a life sentence.

Read the note below: –
My Dearest Diane,
Like joke like joke we both are getting older. Today is your birthday and once again I can’t help but to celebrate you in the open, what I have always done for the past 37yrs of our married life. Celebrating our extraordinary life together. I hope that our togetherness over the years have taught some people about perseverance, tolerance, discipline and love.
You know our marriage has not been a bed of roses like that, but we have stayed loyal together through all kinds of terrible weather, never strayed, through all the challenges, battling so many winches and wizards, through tick and thin, even in poverty and great hopelessness. I have been our soldier, protecting this fragile thing called marriage. E no easyooooooooo.
Thank you for standing by me through all my bullshit, my ignorance and my mood swings, the fact is that I can never live with anyone like me but you have managed to survive 37yrs of me. Sometimes am not sure I deserve you, some other times I feel I could have done better or you could have done better. However, I trust that you have the stomach to still tolerate us for another 37yrs. Frankly, after 3 failed marriages, so many krugeegee waka, I think God did indeed bless me with you.
You know it’s not all the time that I will be sweet and romantic like you would like me to be, because sometimes my eyes dey see pepper for this nonsensical environment.
However, one thing you can take to the bank is that am serving “Life” with you.
You have taught me that marriage isn’t about how compatible couples are but how they deal with their incompatibility. You are one of the things in my life that I got right, my ultimate merit badge. I know what your life here means to me, it’s been like a blessing sent from God that I can truly see.
God through you has shown me who I need to be. Thank you my wife and a very Happy BirthDay to you, may we never grow old. If no be YOU, Na who.
Your Loyal Mugu ( for life )
Charly.

I’ll Appear In Court ‘At The Appropriate Time’ – Tompolo
Former General Officer Commanding, Movement for the Emanicipation of
the Niger Delta (MEND), Government Ekpumupolo, popularly known as
Tompolo, yesterday, said he will appear before the Federal High Court
sitting in Lagos, which issued a bench warrant for his arrest, January
14, but his appearance will be “at the appropriate time.”
The bench warrant came after the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) had filed different charges against Tompolo, over allegation of diverting N34 billion belonging to the Nigerian Maritime and Safety Agency (NIMASA) to personal use and laundering of N22.6 billion.
“Tompolo has no reason to bomb pipelines because of the EFCC case. He knows he is innocent. As he has stated on several occasions, he will appear in court at the appropriate time as his lawyers are working towards that,” he said through his Media Adviser and Consultant, Mr. Paul Bebenimibo.
“The truth of the matter is that Tompolo does not know anything about the N34 billion EFCC is talking about. First, it was N13 billion, now it is N34 billion. He is not a signatory to any of the companies mentioned in the said N34 billion case. So he does not know where this one is coming from.”
Reacting to the allegation by another ex-militant leader, Africanus Ukparasia, alias “General” Africa that he bombed pipelines, Tompolo said he alerted the public that some aggrieved All Progressives Congress (APC) members in Bayesla and Delta States wanted to destroy national assets in the Niger Delta and finger him because of the outcome of the Bayelsa State governorship election.
“True to his fears, these APC chieftains that joined the party immediately after the presidential election of 2015 were the first people to accuse him of bombing the pipelines to divert public attention from themselves.
“These new APC members, who the former chairman of the party, Chief Bisi Akande, described as parasites, also threatened to cause problem in the Niger Delta region if the pipeline surveillance contract in Delta State already awarded to Messrs Ocean Marine Solution was not re-awarded to them.
“This is a clear testimony of their involvement in the bombing of the pipelines. Since then, we all have seen their role in misleading the military and the general public,” he said.

PDP Dead, Can’t Be Revived, Aregbesola Tells Fayose During Visit To Osun
Governor Rauf Aregbesola of Osun State on Tuesday advised his Ekiti
State counterpart, Ayodele Fayose, to accept the reality that the
Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) is dead as a party.
Aregbesola said while he is not making overtures to Fayose to dump the PDP for All Progressives Congress, APC, he would only advise him to join hands with a political party that will give hope to the people of Nigeria.
He also charged the Ekiti State governor to direct his energy towards
bringing human and physical development to western region and Nigeria
as a whole.
The Osun governor stated this when Gov. Fayose paid him a courtesy visit at the Government House, Osogbo.
Earlier, during the course of their discussion, Governor Fayose said that he was in Osun not for any political reason or to defect to the APC, but for his belief in the Yoruba race and her development and unity.
Aregbesola described the visit of his Ekiti State counterpart as demonstration of maturity, saying it takes a very matured human being to know that at the end of every public office, he will be left with humanity.
He said, “Osoko has said that he is not going to leave his party, but the reality today is that PDP has served its term in Nigeria. When a horse is dead, it is either you abandon it or you bury it.
